We can dispatch your order in as little as 3 days with our fast track and express shipping services. Our standard production time is 5 business days. We also have a flat rate on standard post of $9.95

Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Milton, Brisbane and you can use our delivery calculator in the page header above or under the delivery tab below to estimate your delivery date.

Postage and fast track fees will be calculated on the shopping cart page once we have the total weight of your order.

What's included in our Price Beat Promise?

The price of any identical product offered by an Australian competitor, whether it's their regular price or part of a promotional offer.

Any additional fees charged by our competitors, such as engraving fees, setup charges, and extras charged by our competitor

Shipping and handling fees charged by our competitor.

What's excluded from our Instant Price Beat Promise?

No further discounts can be applied in addition to the Price Beat Promise.

Price Beat is only applicable at the time of placing your online order and cannot be applied retrospectively

Production Time

Fast Track production fee:

4 business days: Surcharge:    $30 or 15% of your subtotal applies

3 business days: Surcharge:    $40 or 25% of your subtotal applies

Plus an AusPost Express delivery fee of $9.90

Delivery time

Delivery time to your postcode is estimated by AusPost Express and is added to the production time to determine your estimated delivery date

The AusPost Express delivery fee is $9.90 nationwide

Note: Production times are longer for some highly customisable products such as honour boards, personalised ribbons & custom ribbons (all 2 weeks production), custom medals, coins & lapel pins (all 6 weeks production). If a product does have a longer production time than standard, it will be detailed on the product page

Guaranteed On Time Delivery

What does this mean?
When you choose 'Guaranteed On-Time Delivery', your order will be given HIGH PRIORITY status. We will deliver your order on or before your chosen delivery date, or we will refund the subtotal order value. It provides peace of mind that your awards will arrive when you need them.

What is covered by Freight Protection?
Any loss or damage to your order that occurs during transportation.

Is late delivery covered by Freight Protection?
Delivery after the estimated delivery date is not covered by Freight Protection. Delivery timeframes are estimated by AusPost and based on the Express Post network guidelines.

Muliple delivery locations for a single order attract a $5 freight protection fee per additional location.

Guaranteed completion in 5 business days or less.

Fast track 4-day production
Guaranteed completion in 4 business days or less. A rush fee applies.

Fast track 3-day production
Guaranteed completion in 3 business days or less. A rush fee applies. Only available if ordered before midday AEST.

Handling Fees

What is a Handling Fee and what does it cover?
At National Trophies, we treat every single order with the same level of creativity and care, regardless of its size or value. Rather than impose minimum order levels, we apply a handling fee to small orders to ensure we can deliver exceptional customer service and the highest product quality every time.
This is an additional fee to delivery.

How much are Handling Fees?
FREE for orders over $40
$6.00 for orders $20 - $40
$10.00 for orders under $20
The Handling Fee is charged once per order, not to each individual product in an order.
