This sleek perpetual plaque features a black acrylic panel with a frosted acrylic overlay, secured by two brushed silver standoffs. The frosted layer holds silver plates for your personalised details, while the main heading is also etched into the frosted surface. A decorative silver strip on the side displays your logo. Measuring 170mm by 250mm, this plaque is designed for wall mounting only. 

Note: plate stand is not included.  Wall hung only.

The price you see includes personalisation on the silver panel as well as engraving of your award title and name plate outlines on the acrylic panel.  If you want some of the name plates engraved at time of purchase, you can add these onto your order for a special rate of $13.95 each.
